I went for service maintenance and they were very thorough. Sent a video showing the reason for their recommendation for additional services. Was great to visually see what they were talking about instead of just hearing about it.
Overall it did take a while to get my vehicle back but they renovated the building so there was plenty of seating, tv’s, outlets and counter space to work at, cubicle rooms that were available for use, plenty of free snacks and coffee, and restrooms were fresh and clean. Service Department is extremely slow. 4 hours for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was made the night before for 10am the next day. I was told when I got there that it would take 20 minutes to get a filter for my car there. 2 hours later I was told the filter finally arrived that it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes.
