I’ve bought 3 cars in the last 6 years and this was by far the simplest experience I’ve had. Sales team was professional and very responsive (specifically James, Gavin, Santiago, and Ryan), they worked with me to get a deal I genuinely feel good about, and the finance team was extremely patient with me even as I sat and picked apart each of the add-on offers. End to end a very smooth experience, I wish more dealers in the area were like this!!

Clean facility. Great waiting area and gave me a private office to work from while I waited. Everyone was very helpful and communicative as to the progress of the work on the car. And since they were short on cars they added extra techs to the service to get me out that much faster.

I normally don’t write reviews, but Group 1 Kia Tomball earned this one. I drove nearly 50 miles from Bellaire because I had heard good things about Farzad and his team, and they absolutely delivered.
There were no sales tactics and no pressure. They were straightforward, honest, and transparent with their pricing from the beginning. To my surprise, their prices were actually better than other places I checked.
The dealership is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Fresh coffee, snacks, friendly faces, and everyone smiling made the entire experience enjoyable.

The building is just a month old and looks very modern. I would have given them 5 stars if I was notified when my car was ready. I was texted with a video of the inspection from the technician with recommendations for service. I was able to respond remotely and sign electronically to authorize service. This was the first time we bought a car from them. I had a fabulous experience with Denis Charlotin. I traded in my car and got a great deal . Denis made the whole process smooth and easy. He would go an extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the buy. He was kind enough to take us for our Friday prayers to the mosque on our request which was a big deal for us. My 1st visit to the new dealership! Looks great, very accommodating. I had to do some work and was surprised to see all the work stations, private conference rooms. It was truly a comfort to wait for my car to be serviced in the new building. Kara was a delight and very helpful and informative. I hope to use her as my service advisor going forward as my previous advisor was not the best experience.

Everybody was fantastic but we especially loved dealing with Ryan. He was absolutely fantastic with both his professionalism and personality. We have always hated buying in the past because we always had a feeling we were getting ripped off with unwanted add ons. That is not the case with Group 1! Great experience getting an oil change here. Caleb was knowledgeable and friendly. I was quickly greeted when I went into the building. The waiting room at this location is super nice. Very spacious, clean and upgraded. Restrooms also very nice. Definitely can bring your kids to wait with you, they have changing stations in the restrooms for babies.
