Everyone at the service department is amazing. They were wonderful with my extended warranty and very helpful and diligent with Kia‘s manufacturer warranty as well. Had the best car buying experience purchasing our vehicle from Group 1 Kia. We went on a Saturday and when we arrived the lobby and parking lot was packed full of people, but the front desk staff was quick to greet us and found Tara, our sales person to help us out. An oil change will usually take you about 4 hours. Staff doesn’t provide updates in person or over the messaging interface. In general staff isn’t very friendly.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and the Group 1 Kia Tomball staff checked me in early and called an Uber driver to take me to a nearby restaurant as the recall work, multi-point inspection and oil change were estimated to take several hours. Our concierge, Alex, was attentive and had everything set up before we even arrived, making the whole lead-up feel effortless. Our sales rep, TJ, was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Just did a great job replacing a tire that had failed at around 19k miles! (I suspect either the tire or the valve had a defect but I can't prove that). Note: I had to ask for my wheel lock adapter as they forgot to return it to the car.
