Despite my initial frustration the sales rep Santiago was very patient and understanding. His professionalism changed my mind about walking out. I was very pleased with the level of service I received.

The service specials they mail out are misleading! The $29.99 oil change cost over $58.00 dollars as they limit the special price to 5 quarts and then charge $11.00 dollars for each additional required quart!
